Creates a new PhodavServer.
This is equivalent to constructing a GFile from root
and using phodav_server_new_for_root_file().
Parameters
root-
Type:
const gchar*Root path.
The argument can be NULL.The data is owned by the caller of the function. The value is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
Return value
Type: PhodavServer
A new PhodavServer.
| The caller of the function takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it. |
